Nothing else is working. Maybe I need a plan, a schedule, something I can control. I hate the meetings, especially the weigh part, but it is accountability...so I am getting serious. I can't allow myself to gain anymore weight or stay the weight I am now. I hate taking pictures of myself; I don't want to be in any family pictures, which is something that I will regret later in life! SO please feel free to offer advice, recipes, easy meal ideas, or whatever *sigh*! Why can't I be naturally skinny and love excercise??
