I went to my friend Danielle's house.  She is one of those girls who are kinda famous in the bloggy/quilty world and I feel lucky to actually get to hang out with her and be her friend.  In addition Allison was there and she is an architect - seriously - how talented are my friends.  And hold on - Kim was there too!  Mother and grandmother extraordinaire!  She is like a domestic DIVA!  FUN!

The San Antonio Modern Quilt Guild is having a Jay McCarroll Habitat challenge.  We are acutally creating blocks to turn into a charity quilt.  FUN!

I made some elephants! FUN!

It's a CRAZY Saturday night at the Lane household!

Yup...I am staying home with Baby Ezra because he had a 2 hour tantrum while the boys are at Home Depot and Sonic!  I am dreaming of making these -where to get one of those templates...I want one NOW!

The pouting picture is RIDICULOUS and embarrassing!!!!  What can I say?  I did not want scrambled eggs for breakfast!

This was made before Christmas!  Nothing fancy here, just a simple book with a few old memories.

Who would have thought???

I was so resistent to all this stuff...except the crafty stuff...when I was a kid.  I didn't want to learn to cook, or do anything 'traditional!'

Now I covet this book!  The Gentle Art of Domesticity

My latest mini-obsession

I am a little obsessed with making these...I think I will hang them in my new craft room!  If you go here there is a step by step tutorial and even videos, which are very helpful and clear to understand.  I haven't crocheted for years, but I think it may be time to pull out the crochet needles and yarn.
